Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
This is carried out by either a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), or a Home Inspector (HI). From the point that you instruct us, we will carry out the inspection and produce the EPC report for you within 48-72 hours. We will then email the report to you and/or your agent in pdf format.

Properties up to and including 3 beds £60.00+vat@17.5%
4 bed properties £65.00+vat@17.5%
5 bed properties £75.00+vat@17.5%
